Nomination Process

Nominations for Serbian Youth from Diaspora and Serbia Top 30 Under 30 program are solicited through a international campaign. People are invited to submit names of individuals whose achievements meet the five selection criteria for nomination or you can fill the form for yourself: Vision and Leadership; Innovation and Achievement; Impact; Growth/Development Strategy; and Community Involvement and Contribution. Nominees must be under 30 years of age as of June 30, 2009. Complete the form below if you would like to nominate someone or are interested in becoming a nominee. In response, the person you nominate will be sent a nomination kit to fill out. The completed kit will be assessed by our Selection Committee

Please note:

• nomination kits will be sent directly to the nominee after the official launch of this year's program in October 2008
• nomination kits are designed to be completed by the nominees themselves
• it is our policy to keep the name of the nominator confidential

Top 30 Under 30 Serbian Young Entrepreneurs

1. NOMINATION FORM: Complete this form. This gives the judges a quick overview of the nominee, his/her references and contact information. (This is the only form to complete. Other information can be submitted in standard word processor documents.)
2. RESUME: In point-form, write a one-page resume that briefly outlines his/her career path.
3. BUSINESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS: In point-form, write a one-page report on the nominee's business accomplishments. Suggestion: it should include objective facts about the nominee's most significant business achievement(s), how their company has grown because of their leadership. Please use quantitative measurements (dollars or percentage) when referencing growth.
4. LEVEL OF EXPERTISE: In point-form, write a half-page report about the nominee's level of expertise in their respective field. Suggestion: include their educational credentials, years of work in this field and awards/distinctions that would demonstrate a certain level of expertise.
5. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: In point-form, write a half-page report on the nominee's community and charitable activities. Suggestion: explain how the nominee has led and/or participated in community causes. Include information about membership and involvement in community groups.
